New videos show Russian negotiations at steel plant last year
Last year Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered a blockade of the Ukrainian steel plant Azovstal in the port city of Mariupol. The siege ended in the evacuation of hundreds from the plant, the last holdout in the city under Russian bombardment. CNN has now obtained exclusive information detailing how the deal was struck, and who was involved in the sensitive talks.
