Womens Day is a day when we celebrate the achievements of the amazing women founders, developers, and VCs that are bringing innovation and disruption to the Dutch tech ecosystem. But it should also be a day when we confront the barriers and challenges women continue to face. The fact that International Womens Day still exists is both a sign of progress but also a sign that, in our society, inequality is endemic and not always clearly visible on the surface.
